Simple Honey Butter

This is one of those recipes that can be used to compliment so many meals. Use this with everything from morning waffles, my Homemade Honey Buttermilk Pancakes, toast, or use as a simple sweet accent on heated, steamed or fried breads especially if breads are served with a spicy savory meal like BBQ ribs. Trust me, you will find many uses for this little gem of enjoyment and the ingredients are all natural and simple because it is only 3 ingredients. This can be made and kept in your refrigerator like you store your butter. I usually have those plastic containers left over from other things I have purchased along the way, they have excellent closing lids and since this is a butter I just bring it out the night before to get to room temp so it is easy to spread. For special occasions like the holidays, I will dress it up a bit, place it back in a KitchenAid with the whisk attachment or use your hand mixer with beater blades – whip until fluffy then place on a nice dish and drizzle small amounts of honey over it, the plate will be empty by the end of the meal. Test it out yourself, next time you have a dinner party, place regular butter on the table and also a dish of this, tell your guests this is honey butter and trust me at the end of the meal???

The only thing left will be the dish you have to wash. ☺ 2 Honey Butter
